Virtue & Vine – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Virtue & Vine, every product is custom-printed just for you through our trusted production partner, Printify. This means your order is made to order — reducing waste and ensuring the highest quality possible.


1. Returns for Change-of-Mind

Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Preferring a different color or design

Please check product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@virtueandvine.net.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will work with Printify to provide either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund (no need to return the item).


3. Lost or Never-Delivered Orders

If your order never arrives:

Email us at sales@virtueandvine.net with your order number.

Once verified, we’ll request a reshipment or issue a partial/full refund.


4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

Email us immediately at sales@virtueandvine.net.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can cancel and refund in full.

Once printing begins, we are unable to cancel.
