Virtue & Vine – Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve gathered our most common customer questions to make your shopping experience simple and stress-free.
1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Preferring a different color or design
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@virtueandvine.net within 30 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing & Printing: 2–7 business days
Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Shipping (International): 7–21 business days
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Where do you ship from?
We partner with Printify, which has printing partners across the U.S. and internationally. Your order will be printed at the location closest to your shipping address whenever possible to speed delivery.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes—but only if production hasn’t started yet.
Email sales@virtueandvine.net immediately after ordering. Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. What should I do if my order never arrives?
Email sales@virtueandvine.net with your order number. We’ll confirm the shipping status and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
6. How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your shirt looking fresh:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors
Use mild detergent
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the design
7. What makes Virtue & Vine unique?
Every design is created to encourage you to boldly walk out your faith and spark meaningful conversations. Our family works together on the designs, and each piece is made-to-order through our trusted production partner.
8. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes! If you’d like a specific scripture, name, or special message, email sales@virtueandvine.net. We’ll let you know if your request is possible and provide pricing.
